We had a "BIG TIME" company install our unit for our new home, and it's been nothing but trouble. The day before our big freeze at Christmas, the heat decided to die out. OF course the company that installed it never picked up their phones, but Green's HVAC on the otherhand, not only picked up, but had a guy there within a very short time frame, and before long, had everything up and running so once our family visitors arrived, everything was running great. While I hope we don't have issues again, if we do I know I will be using Green's HVAC. Excellent outfit. Highly recommend. EDIT: we had some more issues during this ‘24 cold snap and these folks have been really helpful and responsive and honest. It was a tricky fix but they nailed it.
